## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责贯彻执行公司党委的各项决定、决议和指示。
- 承办公司政治理论学习，计划制定及实施工作。
- 负责公司党员管理、民主生活会、组织生活会、基层党组织、团组织建设等工作，完成公司党建基本台账工作。
- 按照要求起草党建相关材料，如会议材料、会议纪要、新闻稿、发言稿及汇报材料等。
- 负责基层党组织和党员教育管理工作，对基层党组织理论学习、党建工作等实施指导和监督。
- 负责公司基础党务工作，党员组织关系转接、党统等工作。
- 党群工作部其他日常类工作及领导交办的其他工作。

### Requirements
- 党员，本科及以上学历的应届毕业生，专业不限，计算机类、电子信息类、法律类、工商管理类、统计学类专业优先。
- 具有较好的文字能力和政策理论水平，熟练运用各类办公软件，具有以上相关工作经历者优先。
- 在工作中认真执行党的路线、方针、政策和国家的法律法规以及上级重要指示、文件和会议精神。
- 坚持原则，严格遵守党纪当归，保守党内秘密，维护企业形象和利益。
- 性格开朗，认真细致，有亲和力与良好的理解、沟通、表达、协调能力，抗压能力强，能够严于律己，且有高度的服务意识和责任心。
