## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导大模型应用产品算法的研发与优化工作，构建AI应用产品算法核心竞争力;
- 具有较好产品体验sense，能从产品体验解构出技术解决路线，并通过算法优化技术指标提升产品体验;
- 根据大模型技术的发展，持续规划并升级现有技术平台，提升性能、稳定性和效果等技术指标;
- 组织团队攻克难点，带领团队实现新AI技术引入、研究落地，形成本地化沉淀并对外输出技术影响力; Requirements:
- 有过硬的Java/Golang/Python/Nodejs编程基础;且平台的技术先进性或商业成果较好。
- 熟悉AI算法研发配套工具，如Pytorch，Tensorflow,Triton,ONNX等
- 熟悉典型的分布式系统的设计优化套路，比如微服务、nosql、消息队列、ZK等。
- 在Al知识库，搜索推荐，对话机器人、语音外呼、任务助理、RPA、知识中台、等领域至少有一个实践经验
- 熟悉常用的大模型工具套件，比如RAG、MCP、Agent等，具备全链路的AI研发能力。
