## Job description

### 前端架构与核心开发
- 负责实验室AI相关Web平台、大模型交互系统、AI4Science可视化平台、电信AI业务应用的前端开发与体验优化，参与产品功能迭代落地；

### AI场景交互实现
- 与产品、算法、后端工程师协同，实现对话交互、多模态展示、实验数据可视化、Agent编排等AI场景交互页面，保障产品交互体验、页面性能与兼容性；

### 性能优化与工程化建设
- 主导前端性能调优，包括首屏加载、渲染效率、内存占用等关键指标优化；

### 前沿技术预研与落地
- 跟踪大模型应用、AIGC交互等前端新技术趋势，进行技术预研与原型验证，推动创新交互方案在科研产品中的工程化展示与应用；

### 跨学科平台支撑
- 支撑气象、药物、材料等跨学科平台前端开发，配合完成标杆应用的上线、迭代、问题修复。

### Requirements

【招收方向】AI大模型Web应用、AI4Science可视化平台、AI业务管理平台 【岗位要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，人工智能相关专业（如计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子工程、数学等）；
- 精通HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript，深刻理解浏览器渲染机制、HTTP协议及前端安全；
- 熟练掌握Vue或React等主流框架及其生态，有大型复杂Web应用开发经验；熟悉Webpack/Vite等工程化工具，具备组件库设计、打包优化及版本管理经验；
- 熟悉数据可视化方案（ECharts、D3.js或WebGL），具备处理大规模数据渲染和复杂图表展示的能力；熟悉Git工作流及前后端协作模式，具备良好的代码规范与文档撰写习惯；
- 有论文发表、知名竞赛获奖、科研机构、大厂相关项目经历者；
- 具备优秀问题排查、逻辑分析能力，良好团队协作精神与沟通意识。 【招聘对象】 1、 2027届国内外高等院校毕业的硕士研究生及以上学历、硕士及以上学位的毕业生； 2、2026届国内外高等院校毕业未就业的硕士研究生及以上学历、硕士及以上学位的毕业生。
