## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与售前、售中方案技术支撑、会审、核对售后维护服务内容；
- 负责对分客户群公众、商企等云网标品的现场交付安装；
- 负责售后统筹服务包括客户网络维护、修障、专属、重保、预检预修、业务割接等客户服务保障实操工作；
- 负责DICT项目售后维护工作，主要包括云网安产品日常维护、修障、重保等维护实操工作，参与对MSP等后向维护单位维护质量进行后评估，维护过程中与客户交流，传递二次商机信息等；

### 营销与客户服务
- 落地公司各类营销活动，负责门店营销的策划、执行、调度及复盘优化；指导门店处理用户投诉、客户挽留工作；开展存量客户精细化维系运营，稳固区域客户市场;
- 负责落实现场安装维护管理规范、服务标准、质量体系；
- 负责收集一线安装和维护IT需求的收集,提出安装和维护IT手段需求，反馈相关运营能力需求及业务支撑的数字化能力建议；
- 负责客户服务质量分析。

### Requirements
- 严谨细致，责任心和执行力强；
- 出色的沟通表达和人际交往能力，能与客户和内部团队高校协作；
- 有良好的团队合作意识和支撑服务意识；
- 逻辑清晰，具备问题解决能力和创新思维。
