## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责后端核心业务逻辑、接口与微服务的设计开发，基于 Golang 实现高可用、可扩展的服务架构，保障系统性能与稳定性；
- 独立完成Web页面的前端开发，基于 Vue 实现页面交互、组件封装与前后端联调，保证前端渲染性能与用户体验；
- 参与需求评审与技术方案设计，针对业务场景进行技术选型与架构设计，输出合理的全栈实现方案；
- 熟练运用 Claude Code、Cursor等 AI 编码辅助工具，提升代码编写、调试排障、技术文档与单测用例生成效率，参与团队 AI 辅助研发流程的落地优化；
- 负责线上系统的日常运维、故障排查与性能优化，跟进监控告警，快速定位并解决前后端全链路问题；
- 编写接口文档、技术文档，参与代码评审，推动团队开发规范落地与研发效率提升。

### Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，并取得相应学位，计算机、人工智能等相关专业；

### 后端能力
- 精通 Golang 语言与并发编程，熟悉 Gin/Echo 等主流 Web 框架；熟练使MySQL、Redis，掌握数据库索引优化、缓存设计；了解微服务架构与 RESTful/gRPC 接口设计，熟悉常见分布式问题的解决方案；

### 前端能力
- 熟悉 HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/TypeScript，掌握 Vue 及对应生态（Vue Router/Pinia）；了解 Vite/Webpack 构建工具与 Element Plus/Ant Design 等 UI 组件库；

### 通用能力
- 熟悉 Linux 基础操作与 Git 版本控制，了解 Docker 容器化部署；熟练使用主流 AI 编码辅助工具，能借助 AI 提升全链路研发效率；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题排查能力，责任心强，善于团队协作与沟通；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
