## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于行业现状以及对未来发展趋势的判断，协助进行行业的洞察，跟踪行业最新技术发展和政策要求；
- 根据客户行业及公司发展战略、进行实施方案拆解，提供规划及咨询服务；
- 完成客户项目需求分析，结合公司产品特点，深入了解客户场景需求，匹配产品组合，制作场景化解决方案；跟踪收集所属行业客户市场需求、行业动态、竞争情况、形成细分市场整体解决方案； 总结项目经验，形成可复制的行业标准解决方案，支撑产品和方案的推广和商机转化
- 负责与用户的技术交流、售前招投标相关技术部分撰写工作、技术方案宣讲、系统演示等；负责负责技术方案的评审、把关；
- 总结项目经验，形成可复制的行业标准解决方案 ，支撑产品和方案的推广和商机转化；
- 负责技术支撑条线的赋能培训。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生，具有良好的政治素养和思想道德水平，遵规守法、为人正派；
- 富于进取精神和责任感，愿意迎接挑战，实现人生价值；
- 对所属行业有兴趣，涉猎广泛，具备较强的创新能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力及项目管理能力；责任心强、心理素质较强、吃苦耐劳； 具备团队协作精神，能够积极主动参与项目工作；
- 具备学习敏锐度，能快速响应技术趋势。对信息技术和解决方案设计有浓厚兴趣，愿意投入时间和精力进行学习和实践；
- 对人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网方向、网络技术有一定了解优先。
