## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展市场前端运营所需的数据指标标签体系建设、系统工具方案设计；
- 开展公众业务数据分析、模型搭建和优化、报表配置，丰富自动化报表指标库，提高取数用数效率；
- 负责渠道侧支局费效、人效运营模型搭建，客群分群数据分析；
- 协助开展地址库、围栏库、空间库等方面的数据洞察、治理、运营等工作；
- 开展部门智能体工作流梳理应用。

### Requirements
- 研究生及以上学历应届毕业生，具有良好的政治素养和思想道德水平，遵规守法、为人正派；
- 具有良好的品行，符合岗位所需的专业或技能条件，具备适应岗位要求的身体条件；
- 对数据敏感，具有一定的数据分析能力，熟练使用excel、python等工具，有客群数据分析、模型建设经验者优先；
- 了解主流人工智能、大模型工具，有智能体开发配置经验者优先；
- 具备良好协作和沟通能力，较强的逻辑思维能力，有上进心和求知欲，具备自主学习和成长能力，善于学习新事物。
