## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责企业IT系统、公共能力平台、运营管理工具、网络应用等的研发与运营，重点攻坚人工智能应用落地，基于大语言模型构建企业级知识库、智能客服及办公助手；负责开源大模型的本地部署、微调及Prompt优化，解决幻觉痛点，全面提升公司在市场经营、网络运营及企业管理方面的智能化服务水平。

### Requirements
- 熟练掌握Java、Python、C(C++)、Go等任意一种编程语言或者熟练掌握前端开发相关技能;

### 熟悉操作系统、数据库基本原理，并熟练掌握Linux以及主流数据库的基本操作
- 熟悉理解RAG技术原理，有实际的向量数据库（如Milvus, ChromaDB, Elasticsearch）使用经验；熟悉数据清洗、分块（Chunking）策略及重排序优化；
- 熟悉 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 至少一种深度学习框架，了解Transformer架构，有HuggingFace模型使用或微调经验者优先;
- 熟练使用 Dify 或 RAGFlow 等开源大模型应用开发平台进行快速原型构建和落地；熟悉 LangChain / LlamaIndex 框架者优先;
- 具有较强的责任心和良好的团队协作精神，有较强的沟通能力。
