## Job description

### 需求与方案设计
- 参与AI业务需求拆解与可行性分析，协助完成大模型应用、智能体、RAG知识库的功能与模块架构设计，输出规范的技术方案与文档。

### AI应用开发落地
- 负责大模型应用、RAG检索增强系统、智能体的开发、联调与迭代；基于LangChain、LlamaIndex等主流框架完成业务功能封装与场景落地；能熟练运用Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI工具高效开发；参与CI/CD、测试发布、运维监控体系搭建与优化。

### 模型部署与运维优化
- 参与大模型推理服务化部署与线上运维，参与服务监控、告警与故障排查；落地向量检索优化，提升知识库检索精准度与响应效率。

### 技术迭代与落地
- 跟踪大模型、智能体前沿技术，结合业务场景完成技术选型与方案迭代，推动AI能力规模化复用落地。

### Requirements
- 具备扎实计算机基础，了解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等核心基础知识。
- 掌握 Python、Java、Go、C++ 至少一门编程语言，具备基础编码、调试和项目工程实践能力，会使用 Cursor、GitHub Copilot 等 AI 辅助开发工具，能够借助工具辅助编码调试。
- 了解大语言模型应用开发，了解 Prompt 工程、RAG、Agent 相关概念；了解 LangChain、LlamaIndex 等主流框架；了解向量检索优化、幻觉优化等工程实践；有相关项目实践经历优先。
- 了解Docker、Kubernetes 容器化基础，了解微服务、云上系统部署基本概念。了解大模型推理服务部署、基础运维、服务监控相关技术，有相关实践优先。
- 会使用 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等关系数据库；了解 Redis、MongoDB、Milvus/FAISS 等缓存、文档、向量数据库基础使用。
- 具备良好的沟通协作、自主学习能力，对 AI 技术有浓厚兴趣，能够快速接受新技术。
