## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责雅江算仓智算中心算力设备（AI服务器、高速网络、存储）的日常监控、巡检与告警处置，保障算力设施稳定运行；
- 负责算力资源的统一调度与优化，根据业务需求合理分配算力，提升资源利用率；
- 协同绿色供能系统（光伏、储能、制冷等）开展运行调节，保障机房能耗平衡与绿色运行；
- 参与算力平台运维体系的建设与优化，编写运维脚本，推动监控、调度工具的自动化；
- 配合开展设备入网测试、割接及应急预案演练，参与重大保障任务。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信工程、电子信息、电气自动化等相关专业；
- 了解云计算、算力网络、智算中心等基础知识，对AI算力设备、高速网络有一定认知；
- 熟悉Linux系统及常用运维工具，具备一定的脚本编写能力（如Python/Shell）；
- 责任心强，能适应高原地区工作环境；
- 应届毕业生需具备较强的学习能力和团队协作意识。
