## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责县级政企 DICT 项目客户需求沟通、分析与确认，衔接项目交付前期筹备，保障需求与交付信息同步。
- 负责售前技术方案及投标文件编写，明确交付标准与保障措施，确保方案可落地。
- 负责政企 DICT 方案对外宣讲推介，增强客户认可度，收集客户交付诉求反哺方案优化。
- 负责对内开展政企数字平台技术方案及交付流程、规范赋能培训，协助解决交付相关技术难题。
- 梳理县域内 DICT 重点方案，萃取交付案例与经验，形成标准化参考资料，优化交付流程与质量。

- 身体健康，动手能力和实际操作能力强；有一定的文字组织、语言表达能力，有开拓创新精神；
- 有良好的团队合作意识和支撑服务意识；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
- 专业对口，成绩优良；
- 认同中国电信企业文化，爱岗敬业；
- 善于学习，乐于沟通，勇于负责，具有开拓进取的精神；
- 熟练使用计算机和相关办公软件。
