## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与AI应用系统的设计、开发与优化，包括但不限于智能对话、图像识别、自然语言处理、智能体应用等方向
- 协助完成机器学习/AI模型的部署、推理优化与工程化落地
- 使用Python、Java等语言进行应用服务开发
- 编写高质量代码，参与技术文档撰写与单元测试，确保系统稳定性与可维护性

### 跟进AI领域前沿技术，参与AI相关项目开发 Requirements
- 熟练掌握至少一门主流编程语言（如Python/Java/Go/JS），能写可维护、可测试的工程代码
- 至少熟悉一个主流Web/后端框架（如Django/Flask/FastAPI），熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据存储与中间件
- 系统性掌握数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等计算机基础

### 了解大模型应用常见范式
- Prompt设计、RAG基本流程、函数/工具调用、上下文窗口与成本/时延权衡等，有一定大模型应用开发经验或实践认知（含Prompt工程等）
- 具备全栈学习能力和成长空间；具备快速啃透前沿论文并能转化为工程代码的能力、有自己独立完成的小项目（开源等）；良好的沟通协作与自驱学习能力
