## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责无线网络质量及性能数据采集、监测和分析工作；
- 负责无线网络规划、建设或者维护工作；
- 负责无线网络运行数据的监控、评估和分析工作，识别网络性能问题，基于分析结果制定并实施优化提升方案；
- 负责预测网络发展趋势，制定并实施网络容量和覆盖规划建议；
- 负责重大活动无线网专项保障工作；
- 负责无线网络投诉处理、分析，制定投诉解决方案并实施。

### Requirements
- 具有较强的组织、沟通、协调、抗压能力，良好逻辑思维和文字组织能力，具有较强的问题分析能力及独立解决能力，工作责任心强，具备良好的团队意识及协作精神。具有较强的心理承受力和环境适应性，能吃苦耐劳、踏实工作；具有一定的创新意识；
- 具有相关工作（实习）经验者优先考虑；
- 愿意长期与企业共同成长，并努力实现个人价值。
