## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 编制投资估算、设计概算、施工图预算和投标报价，审查施工图纸参加图纸会审。
- 跟踪监控成本，审核工程变更和签证费用，监督进度款支付，实时做造价测算。
- 编制竣工结算报告，配合审计部门审核，完成造价资料归档。
- 与客户对接沟通，完成潜在客户营销辅助工作；
- 完成其他的交办工作。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实吃苦耐劳；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力；
- 要求能熟练操作办公软件，熟练使用CAD、广联达算量、广联达清 单计价软件；
- 工作认真、责任感强、具备团队合作精神。
