- 企业工商事项办理
- 法务支撑与咨询服务
- 法律法规研究、参与发宣教育
- 软件著作权知识产权管理
- 合规管理
- 内部控制管理

### 全面风险管理 Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想品质和道德素质，无触犯法律法规、校级处分等不良记录。
- 具有较强的学习能力，学习成绩良好，思路清晰，有敬业精神，上进心强，有责任感，具有良好的沟通及协作配合能力，具有较强的文字表达能力及口头表达能力，有团队精神。
- 具有健康、成熟、稳定的心理素质，身体健康，品行端正，诚实守信.,能吃苦耐劳,有一定抗压能力。
- 掌握和熟练使用各类办公软件较强的文字表达能力、口头表达能力，法考通过者优先。 5.2027年毕业的国内外普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，2026年毕业未就业的本科生、研究生也可投递。入职报到时须取得毕业证、学位证，境外院校毕业生须获得国家教育部留学服务中心的学历学位认证。
