## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责算力体系架构设计，包括智算中心、算力集群、分布式训练平台等方向研究与咨询业务。
- 开展高性能计算、大模型训推、异构计算、算力调度等关键技术攻关。
- 参与算力网络、算网融合、算力调度与资源池化系统的咨询和研发。
- 跟踪国内外算力前沿，形成专利、标准与核心技术壁垒。

### Requirements
- 电气工程、暖通、计算机、电子信息、自动化等相关专业博士学历。
- 研究方向为高性能计算、AI系统、分布式系统、计算机体系结构优先。
- 具备算力集群、超算、大模型训练、编译器或数据中心架构相关经验。
- 有扎实工程能力或高水平学术论文/专利者优先。
