## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与大规模 GPU 集群（千卡 / 万卡）AI 基础设施的构建与优化，提升训练效率与集群 MFU
- 负责训练任务的监控、诊断与自动化运维（LLMOps），构建训练异常检测、故障定位、性能瓶颈分析与自愈系统
- 参与高性能训练 / 推理框架（Megatron-LM / DeepSpeed / vLLM / SGLang）的集成与深度优化
- 参与数据加载 Pipeline（DataLoader / 分布式缓存 / 数据预取）的极致加速，解决万卡集群下的 I/O 瓶颈

### 参与 Checkpoint 极致加速（异步持久化、分层存储、GPUDirect Storage 等），实现 TB 级模型权重的秒级保存与恢复 Requirements
- 专业要求： 1. 2027 届硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信工程，人工智能等相关专业 2. 熟悉 Linux 内核，熟悉linux常用命令。 3. 熟悉 k8s 生态组件。 4. 熟悉GPU，NPU,CUDA,CANN生态。 5. 了解pytorch,vllm等常用的训练推理框架。
