## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 研究行业发展，开展本地市场调研与分析；
- 负责客户需求分析，协同拜访客户，精准把握客户的业务需求，编写需求分析资料；
- 负责解决方案编写，依据客户实际业务及行业特点，为客户打造个性化解决方案；
- 负责售前方案交流，开展客户解决方案讲解、业务交流及方案迭代优化工作；
- 负责项目投标支撑，熟悉招投标全流程，完成项目应标文件撰写，确保标书内容准确、规范；
- 负责全市能力提升，开展业务知识普及，提升政企销售团队业务拓展能力。

### Requirements
- 致力于通信事业的发展，诚实守信遵纪守法，具备较强的客户意识、服务意识和全局意识；
- 具备较强市场洞察与需求拆解能力，能够独立完成需求梳理、方案编制、投标材料撰写等工作，具备良好的英文技术文档阅读能力；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达、客户对接及团队合作能力，具备较好文字功底与逻辑思维。
