## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定装维服务及网络管理质量标准规范和日常运营支撑；
- 制定客户端装维服务规定动作、达标标准；
- 研究装维工器具、装移机材料，提升装维服务质量和效率；

### 承接网络质量等专项工作； Requirements
- 具有较强的口头表达能力、文字组织能力、沟通能力和演讲能力；有良好的客户服务意识，具备市场意识，有责任心和敬业精神；
- 具有较强的团队协作能力、思维活跃、领悟力强、乐于接受新鲜事物；市场拓展能力强，具有较强的拜访及挖掘客户能力；
- 具有较强的韧性和耐力,能够承受工作压力，乐于从事挑战性的工作；
- 具备计算机基础知识，熟悉计算机软件、信息管理、系统集成等IT相关基础知识。
