## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责年度预算编制和跟踪落实，开展分析，全面跟踪资源投入的效果和发展质量以及资源使用过程中存在的问题。
- 负责研究公司层面的绩效考核政策，制订和完善绩考核相关的制度流程，实施绩效考核。
- 负责财务风险的管控，提前预警，制定整改措施并实施整改。
- 负责本单位现金流预算编制，针对现金流实施动态管理。
- 负责公司日常业务的稽核审核，承接上级单位会计政策落地实施。

### Requirements
- 具有较强的工作责任心、敬业精神和服务精神；
- 肯于善于学习钻研，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的执行力和抗压能力；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力。
