## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在项目主管的指导下组织开展项目招标采购的全过程管理工作；
- 审核投标单位的资质、业绩、人员、设备等投入情况，查验相关证明材料的真实性与符合性，并做好审核记录；
- 复核或从市场直接获取与项目相关的工程造价等关键数据，为招标文件编制提供依据；
- 对招标文件的编制、招标公告的发布、答疑澄清等环节进行检查和记录，对关键条款的合法合规性进行复核并记录；
- 组织开标、评标、定标等管理工作，并做好全过程记录，发现程序性问题或异常情况及时指出并向负责人报告；
- 做好项目招标工作日志，文件记录做到重点详细、及时完整，确保招标资料归档规范、可追溯。

### Requirements
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，项目管理、工程管理类等相关专业；
- 工作认真负责，且具有较强的沟通协调能力及良好的团队合作精神；
- 适应省内外出差。
