## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 信息化项目的商机支撑，包括需求沟通、售前支撑、成本评估、产品演示；
- 信息化招投标项目支撑，分析客户需求，承担技术方案提供和审核，确定技术架构和整体技术路线；
- 项目立项、总体交付规划及实施方案设计，确定资源与迁移步骤，编制需求说明书；
- 项目进度、质量、资源、概预算、采购、安全、风险等监督与闭环管理；
- 制定测试方案并进行系统联调与测试，协调技术专家攻坚疑难问题；
- 拜访用户、技术交流、方案讲解、系统演示，协助做好售前支撑；
- 协助建立并完善合作伙伴、供应商资源库，完善考核、服务标准及机制。

### Requirements
- 掌握计算机、通信及互联网业务等专业知识，具备项目管理、网络通信等理论知识；
- 具有电子信息、计算机、通信、IT、信安等技术专业基础知识，熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件；
- 具有良好的逻辑思维、系统分析能力及文案策划能力，具备较强的产品和方案讲解能力；
- 具备优秀的跨部门、跨企业协调能力及团队管理能力，熟悉软件工程、项目管理等专业知识；
- 能撰写项目需求、规划、方案等，抗压能力好。
