## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大模型、智能体及通用AI算法的研发、优化和部署。
- 开展RAG、任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理及多智能体协作等技术研发。
- 负责数据处理、模型微调、效果评测和推理性能优化。
- 构建智能体评测体系，持续提升系统准确性、稳定性和安全性。
- 参与业务需求分析、技术方案设计、原型验证和项目交付。
- 跟踪AI前沿技术，推动其在电信业务场景中的落地。

### Requirements
- 熟悉Python、Linux，具备良好的数据结构与算法基础。
- 了解大语言模型、Transformer、Prompt、RAG及智能体基本原理。
- 熟悉至少一种深度学习框架，具备模型训练、微调或AI应用开发经验。
- 了解API开发、数据库、Docker及模型服务部署流程。
- 具备AI系统评测、调试和问题分析能力。
- 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和工程实践能力。
- 有智能体、多模态、开源项目或竞赛经验者优先。
