## Job description

### 具身智能感知与规划算法开发
- 具身智能多传感器融合技术研究及应用；具身感知及场景理解算法研发；语义SLAM、场景图构建等空间感知研发；机器人的运动规划、全身控制（WBC）、轨迹优化及安全避障等算法研发

### 具身智能大模型研发与应用
- 视觉-语言-动作（VLA）大模型研究和应用开发；大语言模型（LLM）和视觉语言模型（VLM）研发与应用

### 软硬件协同集成
- 机器人软件系统研发，机器人平台算法部署，软硬件集成协同工作 Requirements:
- 精通C++/Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，了解大模型微调框架
- 熟悉机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2），以及OpenCV、PCL等常用视觉和点云库
- 了解具身智能VLM、VLA及VLN等架构，能进行应用

### 逻辑分析能力
- 清晰拆解业务规则，识别需求冲突，输出功能列表、流程图

### 文档编写能力
- 撰写规范的需求规格说明书、用户故事，做到无歧义

### 业务理解能力
- 具备快速学习项目所在行业的专业术语和作业模式的能力

### 工具使用能力
- 主流的机器人开发工具
