## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责超导量子计算芯片的测试，校准与优化；
- 根据测试结果，进行软件或硬件的故障排查；
- 编写测试操作规范，输出测试的记录文档。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，并取得相应学位，物理学等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握Python编程语言；
- 具有示波器、频谱仪、网络分析仪等电子学设备使用经验；
- 了解固体及量子物理等基础概念；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
