## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责软件核心代码开发与模块实现，根据开发进度和任务分配，完成软件模块的设计、编码、单元测试及运维支撑；
- 负责软件产品架构设计与数字化系统建设，承担产品框架、数据模型及应用平台架构设计，解决系统关键问题和技术难题；开展数字化系统业务需求分析、技术方案制定、部署上线及持续优化，推进数字化应用能力建设；
- 推动AI大模型技术创新应用落地，跟踪人工智能、大模型、智能体等前沿技术发展趋势，探索AI在业务运营、系统研发中的场景应用，推动数字员工、智能助手、自动化运营等应用落地，提升数字化系统智能化水平和自主运营能力。

### Requirements
- 熟练使用大模型工具等专业工具；
- 掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，具备扎实的编程基础；
- 对云计算、大数据、人工智能、网络安全、物联网等至少一个主流技术领域有基础知识；具有一定的英语听说、读、写能力；
- 了解软件开发、网络基础或系统架构等相关基础知识或者相关实习经历者优先；
- 具备良好的分析能力和解决问题的能力，善于沟通，勇于接受挑战；
- 具备强烈的工作责任心及自主驱动力，富有创新精神和团队协作精神。
