## Job description

### 图纸与方案审核
- 负责项目电气、给排水、暖通、消防、智能化、机械设备安装等机电专业图纸会审，梳理图纸问题；审核施工单位专项施工方案、技术交底、进度计划，提出监理审核意见。

### 现场质量安全监理
- 对机电安装全过程巡检、关键工序及隐蔽工程旁站监理，监督按图纸、规范、方案施工；排查临时用电、高空作业、设备吊装等安全隐患，下发整改通知并跟踪闭环。

### 材料设备进场验收
- 核验机电管材、线缆、配电箱、风机水泵、消防设备等进场资料、型号规格，不合格材料设备要求退场，杜绝违规使用。

### 验收及资料管理
- 组织机电分项、分部、隐蔽工程验收，参与竣工验收；每日填写监理日志、旁站记录、巡检记录，完善专业监理内业资料。

### 进度与变更管控
- 跟踪机电安装施工进度，督促滞后工序纠偏；严格审核工程签证、设计变更，核实实际工程量，把控造价合规性。

### 多方协调沟通
- 对接建设方、施工单位、设计、分包及主管部门，协调交叉施工冲突，解决现场技术、质量争议问题。
- 完成项目总监及公司安排的其他监理相关工作。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
