## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责业务需求分析、算法方案设计与技术路线规划，支撑 AI 智能体产品化落地。
- 负责数据预处理、特征工程、数据增强、数据集构建与数据质量评估管理。
- 负责算法模型训练、调参、开发与性能优化，主导模型验证、评估与迭代。
- 负责 AI 智能体开发、能力构建、流程编排与功能联调测试。
- 负责模型及智能体部署方案制定、独立部署、上线发布与运维保障。
- 负责智能体上线后效果监控、指标运营、问题排查与持续优化。
- 负责智能体开发、场景推广、应用落地、用户支持与使用成效跟踪。
- 跟踪 AI 领域前沿技术，研究并落地先进算法与智能体架构，持续设计优化策略
- 搭建并维护 AI 风控模型，捕捉数据配置与系统异常。基于用户行为优化策略，评估规则变动影响。编写技术文档，分享 AI 实践经验，提升团队智能运营水平。

### Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想品质和道德素质，无触犯法律法规、校级处分等不良记录。
- 具有较强的学习能力，学习成绩良好，入职报到时须取得毕业证、学位证，境外院校毕业生须获得国家教育部留学服务中心的学历学位认证。
- 熟练使用计算机和办公软件，取得计算机类、通信类或信息类等级认证，或取得职业资格证书，或在校内外参与项目实践的优先考虑。
- 具有健康、成熟、稳定的心理素质，身体健康。
