## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助项目团队开展资产评估前期准备工作，包括收集整理评估对象的权属证明、财务报表、经营数据等基础资料；
- 参与现场勘查工作，记录评估对象的实物状况、使用情况等信息，协助完成勘查报告撰写；
- 协助进行市场调研，收集分析行业政策、市场交易案例、价格指数等数据，为评估方法选择和参数确定提供支持；
- 辅助完成评估报告的初稿编制，包括数据录入、图表制作、内容排版等工作，确保报告格式规范、数据准确；
- 学习并掌握资产评估相关法律法规、准则规范及评估方法，参与公司组织的专业培训与案例研讨；
- 完成上级交办的其他与资产评估相关的辅助性工作。

### Requirements
- 应届本科及以上学历，资产评估、会计学、财务管理、金融学、经济学、房地产经营管理等相关专业。
- 掌握资产评估基础理论、财务会计基础知识，了解相关法律法规及行业政策者优先。

### 技能要求
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT），具备良好的数据处理和分析能力；有驾照者优先。
