## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责区县AI能力的落地应用与推广，承接区县共性需求的AI化改造，推动AI能力在生产经营场景中落地。
- 基于大数据平台，运用机器学习和数据挖掘方法，构建客户画像标签体系，开展客户研究与数据建模，提升数据服务与精准营销能力。
- 开展分布式计算、人工智能、搜索策略、算法设计等方向的技术研发，并推动成果在实际业务场景中的应用落地。
- 负责AI模型的设计、训练与研发迭代，制定模型评估标准与上线流程，保障模型质量与服务稳定性。
- 提供企业级对外数据服务，开展数据分析及数据挖掘应用，支撑业务部门数据需求与经营决策。

### Requirements
- 熟悉大数据及计算机软件相关知识体系，熟练掌握HIVE、MySQL等主流数据库，具备扎实的数据统计分析能力。
- 精通Python等编程语言，能够独立开展数据挖掘建模工作，熟悉主流机器学习算法的原理及应用场景。

### 具有以下条件者优先
- 有数据建模或AI模型研发经验；有大数据分布式开发经验；了解电信行业业务场景。
- 具有较强的学习能力与问题解决能力，善于沟通协作、乐于分享，富有创新精神与责任担当，能够承受工作压力、勇于挑战技术难题。
