## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责运维体系落地执行，覆盖通信、信息化系统、数据平台、工业现场、AI 智能系统、前沿量子技术设施等场景设备与系统的日常巡检、状态监测、故障排查与闭环处置，保障各类软硬件基础设施持续稳定运行。
- 搭建并优化运维台账与数字化管控流程，梳理各类运维资产信息，建立设备生命周期管理机制，定期输出运维运行分析报告、风险预警报告及优化整改方案。
- 运用智能化工具、自动化脚本、AI 赋能运维手段提升运维效率，参与运维大模型、智能巡检机器人等数字化工具的落地试用、场景适配与效果迭代，推动传统运维模式向自动化、智能化转型。
- 承接楼宇智能化、新能源场站、轨道交通、安防监控、数据中心等线下实体设施的现场运维支撑，完成设备调试、定期保养、隐患排查、应急抢修等现场实操工作。
- 做好运维文档标准化建设，完善操作手册、应急预案、故障案例库，对内开展运维知识共享、操作规范宣贯，协同跨部门完成项目交付、系统割接、版本升级等专项任务。

### Requirements

2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，英语国家四级425分及以上、托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分。
