## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 跟踪国家及政府职能部门发布的政策信息；掌握投资建设管理办法；熟悉专业领域的标准与规范、行业规则；
- 能够独立开展各类投资项目的可行性研究、评审、投融资（或财务评价）分析等工作，撰写成果报告与客户对接；
- 协同开拓前期咨询业务市场，协助公司开拓维护客户资源，协助公司完善前期咨询业务系统。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
