## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责构建DICT项目技术策略；
- 负责设计DICT项目技术方案；
- 负责指导DICT项目技术方案实施；
- 负责实施DICT项目治理与变更管理；
- 支撑DICT项目能力构建与技术演进。

### Requirements
- 具有强烈的工作责任心和敬业精神，执行力强，能承担压力；
- 具有敏锐的洞察力、缜密的逻辑思维、富有创造性的想象力及严谨的分析判断能力；
- 具有较强的口头表达能力、文字组织能力、沟通能力和演讲能力；
- 具有较强的团队协作能力、思维活跃、领悟力强、乐于接受新鲜事物；
- 对应用类产品设计开发有一定了解，可正确理解用户需求，并输出需求及设计文档；
- 具备基础的项目管理技能，可与产品开发团队进行顺畅的需求及技术方案沟通。
