## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 设计并开发基于大语言模型的智能体系统，涵盖规划、工具调用、记忆管理及多智能体协作等核心模块。
- 构建并扩展智能体的工具能力(API、数据库、代码执行等)，实现与业务系统及外部服务的安全集成。
- 通过提示词工程、RAG优化、模型微调及系统迭代，持续提升智能体的性能、可靠性与实用性。
- 探索和构筑多模态Agent交互技术，扩展AIAgent能力。

### 跟踪AIAgent领域最新研究成果，并将其应用于实际产品开发 Requirements
- 有过硬的Java/Golang/Python/Nodejs编程基础;
- 熟悉AI算法研发配套工具，如Pytorch，Tensorflow,Triton,ONNX等
- 熟悉典型的分布式系统的设计优化套路，比如微服务、nosql、消息队列、ZK等。
- 在Al知识库，搜索推荐，对话机器人、语音外呼、任务助理、RPA、知识中台、等领域至少有一个实践经验
- 熟悉常用的大模型工具套件，比如RAG、MCP、Agent等，具备全链路的AI研发能力。
