## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承担AI前后端一体化项目的开发、调试与交付。
- 负责AI智能体的核心开发与能力封装，驱动智能化业务形成自动化闭环。
- 参与模型服务平台的架构设计、功能开发与优化，支撑平台规模化落地。
- 分析并解决AI项目及一体化工程的表现，及时修复技术问题。
- 与团队协同完成需求评审、项目交付与迭代，输出规范的技术方案。

### Requirements
- 计算机基础扎实，熟悉数据结构、算法、网络及前后端开发原理。熟悉大模型开发框架、Prompt 工程.RAG.模型推理优化等技术者优先考虑。
- 熟练使用Vue/React/TypeScript等主流技术栈进行组件开发与页面交互优化，并能运用Java（SpringBoot/MybatiesPlus/SpringCloud等框架）和Python（LangChain/LangGraph）完成后端开发，熟悉Redis等缓存中间件、数据库、接口开发与服务部署。
- 学习能力强，善于沟通与协作，执行力到位，能快速适应新技术和业务变化，具备良好的抗压能力。
