## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责原始数据采集、清洗、处理、结果输出与校验全流程管控，保障数据流转准确、关键节点可控可溯，确保数据处理质量与时效达标。
- 依托大语言模型等AI技术，解决复杂数据质量问题，监测数据处理系统稳定性，识别数据异常与规则冲突；基于低代码AI开发平台，构建可视化AI工作流，打造智能数据稽核、故障自愈等应用场景。
- 搭建并维护AI风控模型，精准识别数据配置与系统异常；基于用户行为分析优化运营策略，评估规则变更风险与影响，持续提升风控效能。
- 编写技术文档，沉淀AI实践经验，开展技术分享与培训，推动团队智能运营能力整体提升。

### Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想品质和道德素质，无触犯法律法规、校级处分等不良记录。
- 具有较强的学习能力，学习成绩良好，入职报到时须取得毕业证、学位证，境外院校毕业生须获得国家教育部留学服务中心的学历学位认证。
- 熟练使用计算机和办公软件，取得计算机类、通信类或信息类等级认证，或取得职业资格证书，或在校内外参与项目实践的优先考虑。
- 具有健康、成熟、稳定的心理素质，身体健康。
