## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责无线网络规划与建设，输出规划建设方案，推进项目立项、设计、采购、实施、交付及运营全流程管理；
- 开展无线网络日常运营与优化，分析网络覆盖、容量、质量等运营问题，制定并落实优化方案，提升网络性能与用户体验；
- 负责无线设备及网络资源的全生命周期管理，开展资源核查、更新与归档，保障资源数据准确完整；
- 参与无线通信领域科创研究，跟踪5G/6G等前沿技术发展，开展AI赋能网络运营等课题研究与技术攻关，形成技术成果。

### Requirements
- 人工智能、通信工程、电子信息、计算机等相关专业；
- 掌握无线通信原理，熟悉5G/4G网络架构及关键技术，了解无线网络规划与优化基本方法；
- 具备网络数据分析能力，能够运用数据分析工具开展网络运营问题的定位与优化；
- 了解AI技术在通信网络中的应用场景，有意愿参与无线通信科创研究与技术攻关；
- 具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力，有强烈的责任心和团队协作精神。
