## Job description

### 信息化设计
- 1）了解业主需求，进行需求调研；2）整理调研资料，搭建主体框架；3）沟通技术团队；4）编制可行性研究报告暨初步设计方案；5）检查审核方案内容；6）与业主/专家汇报方案内容。

### 项目管理
- 对项目设计、造价、项目招标、监理、验收等阶段进行全流程管理，掌握每个节点的工作进度和要点，确保项目正常进行。

### 信息化监理
- 1）熟知前期资料，比如批复、设计方案、承建合同等，可利用甘特图安排项目进度；2）按照监理流程进行每个节点监督和管理，出现问题及时汇报和整改；3）软件开发完毕后，需对照设计方案检查功能点是否完备；4）编制监理资料；5）检查审核承建单位资料。

### Requirements
- 具备一定的资料收集分析能力、信息系统项目文档编写能力，
- 对电子政务行业趋势和政策有一定的理解和认识，
- 具备政府行业相关软件开发、运维或实施经验者优先，
- 有较强的书面及口头表达能力，及优秀的文档处理能力。良好的文字表达能力，能够进行文档的编写；
- 能熟练运用office软件及相关工具软件如（PROJECT、VISIO、POWERPOINT等）
