## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责售前咨询与商机转化，为区域客户及相关项目提供咨询、规划、设计等专业服务；
- 统筹解决方案编制，分析客户需求，对标业界实践，打造应用生态，探索行业创新的技术与解决方案；
- 负责支撑招投标管理，客户行业场景化解决方案的制定与输出，协同维护招投标资质等；
- 负责支撑售中及项目交付。组织与项目经理（售中）的售前售中交接，共同确认客户需求，建立协同工作机制；

### 负责方案迭代与沉淀，从客户的视角，识别解决方案；持续调整和优化解决方案；沉淀行业解决方案模板与案例萃取 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生，具有良好的政治素养和思想道德水平，遵规守法、为人正派；
- 对云计算、大数据、AI等行业信息化技术有学习兴趣，具备较强的逻辑思维与方案撰写能力。
- 具备良好的沟通表达、演示讲解和团队协作能力，有学生会、社团或项目实践经历者优先。
- 对人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网方向有一定了解优先。
- 具有较强的学习能力和抗压能力，主动性强，责任心强；
- 工作地点:天津市全域、各区分公司
