## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承担分公司无线网络系统用户投诉处理工作；
- 无线网络用户投诉分析，找出网络存在问题并提出解决方案；
- 无线网络DT/CQT测试工作，测试过程中发现问题及隐患，提出解决方案；
- 网优工单具体实施及验证工作；
- 网络调整及割接测试验证工作。

### Requirements
- 熟悉互联网、计算机通信、网络信息安全、通信电源等相关专业基础知识。
- 熟悉常用的宽带和数据通信系列产品，具备网络维护和故障处理能力。
- 熟悉常用的网络测试及分析工具，具有互联网应用开发、网络运行管理的能力。
- 具有较强的事业心、责任心、团队协作精神和独立工作能力。
