## Job description

### 预算管理
- 组织各部门编年度、季度和月度预算，确保科学合理，过程中充分沟通审核；监控预算执行，实时跟踪、定期评估，及时调整偏差，保障经营有序。

### 会计核算
- 按财务管理政策和核算办法要求，组织开展会计稽核工作。

### 风险管理
- 识别评估企业风险，制定应对措施，建立预警机制，及时化解风险。

### 财务决策支持与沟通协调
- 参与重大决策，从财务角度评估分析，提供专业意见和项目可行性分析。

### Requirements

1. 2026、2027年毕业未落实工作的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生； 2. 财会专业基础知识扎实，办公自动化软件操作熟练，财务软件运用熟练； 3. 具有较强的责任心、具有较强的沟通能力、服务意识、协作和抗压能力； 英语国家四级425分及以上或托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分； 4. 身体健康。
