## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责相关公司人力资源管理系统薪酬及人员数据管理工作；
- 负责相关公司薪酬管理、绩效考核及运用、台账管理及报表填报；
- 开展相关公司人工成本及工资总额预算核定、分析统计、核对工作；
- 负责人力资源信息化工作，运用数据分析方法和工具，优化数据模型，提升数据分析的准确性和效率；
- 协助开展人才引进、队伍建设、培训、文化宣传等其他人力资源工作；
- 完成团队交办的其他工作任务。

### Requirements

1.具备扎实的专业知识基础和丰富的实践经验，较强的学习能力，具有较好的数据处理和分析能力，重视数据隐私和安全，有良好的合规意识； 2.具有良好的沟通和协调能力，有学生干部经历、省级以上赛事获奖。
