## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责集客业务项目的售前工作，与客户进行技术交流和沟通，解答客户技术疑问；参与项目招投标，编写技术标书、应标文件，提供技术方案讲解，提高项目中标率。
- 与集客客户保持密切沟通，建立并维护良好的客户关系，及时了解客户反馈，持续优化解决方案，提升客户满意度
- 结合公司产品与技术，设计定制化的集客业务解决方案，包括但不限于网络通信、信息化应用等领域。运用设计基础，进行方案架构设计、流程设计及界面交互设计的初步构思，确保方案具有良好的用户体验和可操作性。
