## Job description

### 需求与方案
- 对接业务，设计LLM/RAG/Agent等方案，评估技术可行性 。

### 模型开发与调优
- 基于开源/商业大模型做Prompt工程、LoRA微调、RAG检索增强，提升准确性与场景适配度 。

### 应用与接口开发
- 用LangChain/LlamaIndex等框架，封装FastAPI/gRPC服务，集成到业务系统 。

### 部署与运维
- Docker/K8s容器化部署，vLLM/mindIE优化推理，监控SLA与模型效果。

### 质量与安全
- 模型测试、数据合规、对抗攻击防护，保障稳定与安全。

### Requirements

1.2027年国内外普通高等院校研究生及以上学历、硕士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；了解通信行业发展，掌握通信相关知识，熟悉使用自动化办公软件； 3.具备良好的主动精神和团队协作精神；具备良好的学习能力.分析能力.创新意识； 4.身体健康，具备良好的沟通能力.勤奋.踏实。
