## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 运用数据挖掘、机器学习相关理论和算法，通过对结构化和非结构化的数据挖掘，诊断公司运营风险及客户需求预测；
- 根据业务场景，完成数据清洗、特征提取、数据建模和算法调优；
- 与技术及业务部门合作，更好的了解业务需求和基于数据模型的应用开发，形成数据产品。

### Requirements
- 具备机器学习、数据挖掘、自然语言处理、文本分类与聚类等理论知识学习背景；
- 能够独立进行算法设计、模型搭建等；
- 至少掌握一门编程语言，熟练使用R语言/Python等数据挖掘软件、Hadoop/Hive等数据处理框架；
- 具有较强的工作责任心、敬业精神、服务精神和团队协作能力；
- 有较强的数据敏感度、逻辑分析能力，以及良好的沟通和表达能力，能够基于对业务的深入理解，从数据中发现问题和规律。
