## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与AI项目的需求分析、方案设计、进度管控、资源协调、反馈提升等，组织和协调项目管理工作，内部项目的全流程跟踪与风险管控;
- 研究机器学习、自然语言处理、大语言模型等领域的最新技术和方法，构建及训练模型；
- 结合业务需求，负责人工智能相关算法的设计、模型训练、模型调优、模型部署等，对算法及流程进行优化；
- 负责基于大语言模型技术的应用开发和能力对接，对接业务需求，和产品、业务团队配合实现技术方案；
- 负责撰写项目相关技术文档和研究报告。

### Requirements
- 对计算机系统、人工智能、应用数学、机器人、网络和安全等有全面的认识；
- 精通Python编程，熟悉Tensorflow、PyTorch、Langchain、FastAPI、LLM等技术框架的应用和开发，具备扎实的编程基础；
- 熟悉AI Agent框架，构建模块化RAG流程，包括训练流程搭建、指令微调、 Prompt工程以及任务的效果优化等；
- 熟悉数据标注质量的管理和控制，确保标注数据的准确性和一致性，为算法训练提供可靠的保障；
- 熟悉Java开发、面向对象编程，了解低代码和流程引擎的应用；
- 具备AI思维，熟悉数字人技术和生成式大模型相关技术优先。
