## Job description

### 对话机器人训练
- 负责语音客服机器人的意图梳理、Agent搭建与配置，工具关联、搭建呼入、外呼业务对话流程。

### 数据标注与清洗
- 对通话语音、文本对话数据进行清洗、筛选、标注，构建高质量训练数据集，支撑模型迭代优化。

### 知识库&RAG调优
- 整理客户业务资料、FAQ、政策文档，完成知识库录入、切片、问答配对，优化RAG问答命中与回复效果。

### 线上效果调优
- 日常巡检线上机器人对话，整理Badcase，迭代话术、意图规则与知识库内容，提升机器人准确率、接通率与合规性。

### 项目交付支撑
- 配合客户落地调试AI客服能力，输出训练文档、操作规范，保障项目顺利验收。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机，统计学，人工智能等相关专业。
- 具备基础数据分析能力，能统计对话指标、复盘Badcase问题，迭代优化机器人与Agent交互效果； 2.有AI标注、对话机器人训练、知识库整理相关实习或项目经验；
- 了解RAG、Prompt基础；熟悉客服、政企服务行业场景优先；
- 学习能力强，能快速适配不同行业客户业务场景与定制化需求。
