## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助项目经理跟进项目全流程执行，参与计划编制、进度跟踪、现场协调、交付验收等工作。
- 负责项目资料收集、台账维护、报表编制，做好文档整理与归档管理。
- 对接客户、合作方、内部各部门，传递需求、同步项目信息，协调解决项目推进中的各类问题。
- 协助管控项目进度、质量、安全，跟进任务闭环，及时识别并上报项目潜在风险。
- 跟踪项目物资、人员安排，落实各项执行事项，做好现场支撑工作。
- 系统学习项目管理流程、业务规范，持续积累项目实操经验，逐步独立承担专项工作。
- 协助开展市场拓展工作。
- 完成其他的交办工作。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件。
- 具备良好的沟通表达、文档撰写、数据统计能力，做事细致严谨、执行力强。
- 责任心强，有良好的团队协作意识和抗压能力。
