## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责监理工程项目的具体组织实施；管理协调、监督安全；编制工程日、周、月报；组织工程验收；对监理资料进行收集、整理、归档。
- 负责现场监理过程中文字资料及各种信息的收集、整理和归档。
- 施工过程中，各种检查资料的整理；施工各阶段验收资料的整理；协助专业监理工程师完善各种资料；工程竣工资料的整理归档。
- 积极协调建设方、施工、设计等各方关系。 6.根据设计要求和相关工艺要求，对施工工艺及过程进行检查和记录（照片、日志、监理通知单等形式），实现项目实施的可追溯性要求。 7.对项目实施的关键工序进行旁站监督，对发现的问题及时指出要求整改并向专业监理工程及时汇报。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历的应届毕业生，专业不限，计算机类、电子信息类、法律类、工商管理类、统计学类专业优先。
- 熟练运用各类办公软件。
- 在工作中认真、维护企业形象和利益。
- 性格开朗，认真细致，有亲和力与良好的理解、沟通、表达、协调能力，抗压能力强，能够严于律己，且有高度的服务意识和责任心。
