## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责IaaS基础设施、云原生基础设施、云资源调度、云操作系统等云计算重点前沿领域的研究分析；
- 针对虚拟化和资源调度的关键技术挑战，提出创新性研究方向。设计和实施高效的资源管理策略和算法，优化操作系统性能，确保系统的高效、稳定运行；
- 定期发布研究成果，包括高质量的学术论文、研究报告、专利申请等，提升企业在网络领域的知识产权储备和影响力； 5.深化与国内外高校、研究机构的学术交流与合作，提升中国电信在云计算领域的学术影响力。

关键技术：虚拟化技术、容器技术、调度算法、动态资源管理、操作系统内核、分布式文件系统与对象存储 主流会议/期刊：OSDI、SOSP、FAST、HPCA、ASPLOS、MICRO、SC、EuroSys、PPoPP、ATC、VEE、SoCC、ICDCS、IPDPS、PACT、MLSys、TOCS、TOS、TC、TPDS、TACO
